How do I protect my server from email Spoofing?

I am getting an abuse complaint against DNSBL, I did a scan using http://www.dnsbl.info and found that my server IP is blacklisted. And found this service ( psbl.org ) to check spam block list emails. looks like emails are being sent using my server IP. How do I rectify such issues.
