I can't stop at breakpoint in JSP while running Google App engine in Eclipse

I am doing everything according to Eclipse doc http://help.eclipse.org/juno/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.wst.server.ui.doc.user%2Ftopics%2Ftdbgjsp.html but it doesn't stop at the breakpoints. Is there something special with app engine?
